MEET THE

OWNER

As a healthcare provider with over 18 years of experience, I have seen both the beauty and the brokenness of modern medicine. I graduated the University of Alabama Capstone College of Nursing in 2007 and spent my 10-year nursing career in the emergency department. I attended UAB Physician Assistant Program, graduating in 2017 and have practiced as a Physician Assistant in both emergency medicine and orthopedic surgery over the past 8 years. Through those years on the front lines, I witnessed countless examples of strength, resilience, and healing — but also the deep frustration that comes when true wellness is overlooked by a system focused more on protocol than on people.

My journey toward creating Sanctuary Haus began out of that very frustration with the corporate and conventional medical world — a world that often ignores the body’s natural ability to heal and the spiritual element of true wellness.

When the world changed during COVID, I felt an even stronger calling to stand for truth in medicine. I saw how few were willing to question the narratives or put faith and discernment first. That season reaffirmed what I already knew in my heart — that healing doesn’t come from man alone, but from God, who equipped the world with everything we need to be restored.

At Sanctuary Haus, my mission is to provide real, truthful medicine — care that honors both science and Scripture. I believe our bodies are miracles, created in God’s image, capable of incredible healing when supported by the right balance of faith, nature, and evidence-based care. Many of the therapies I offer draw inspiration from principles and natural remedies that trace back to biblical times — a reminder that healing has always been part of God’s design.

This is why I chose the name Sanctuary Haus — a refuge of restoration, rooted in faith. Here, you’ll find a space where mind, body, and spirit are all cared for, where the goal isn’t just treatment, but true renewal.

“He said to me, “This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, where it enters the Dead Sea. When it empties into the sea, the salty water there becomes fresh. Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live. Fruit trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river. Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail. Every month they will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing.””
